The Center for Physical Excellence and the Athletic Performance Center are located in Prescott, Arizona and serve the greater Central Northern area of Arizona and Yavapai County.

The wellness center, or Athletic Performance Center is offered to patients as an integral part of their ongoing therapy as well as the public as a well-equipped fitness facility.
