Shilo was born and raised in Montana. She started her career in the healthcare field as a massage therapist and practiced as a licensed massage therapist for 8 years. She graduated from Rocky Mountain College with a B.S. degree in Health and Human Performance then attended Keiser University to obtain an Associates of Science degree in Florida to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. She grew up involved with many sports and activities, including gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track, softball and snowboarding. 

Shilo relocated to join Center for Physical Excellence in June 2019. Her passion is orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine. She enjoys continuous learning and is planning on completing APTA’s advanced proficiency pathway to advance her knowledge and career path. She enjoys spending time with her 2 kids and family, watching football, playing volleyball, snowboarding and traveling.
